Ginny Lentz purchased this building in 1995 when it was one "shell of a deal."  Starting with a new roof, removing a tree growing in an upstairs window sill, she improved the building one space at a time, one system at a time.

There are now four apartments and one retail / office space on historic Main Street. Lentz Properties Inc. is the property manager..


We want our residents to be happy! 

 

Renting a residence in Mars Hill, or greater Asheville, can be a challenge due to the shortage of spaces.  We have room/s for vacationers - several days, to weeks, months...  or long term for professionals, professors, upper classman, graduate students -- locals to internationals.
